Processing Procedures
At Tomasso Mortgage, customer service has been, and will continue to be, our primary focus. In an effort to assure we offer the highest level of service to our clients, we utilize a contract processing company. Loan processing is arguably the most tedious, labor-intensive, yet critical task in the mortgage process. In order for our employees to stay up to date with the complexities of changing loan products and compliance requirements, we utilize a contract processing company to work with us during the processing of your mortgage. This does several things for our clients:
- It puts a “second set of eyes” on every document in your file so that we can make sure the file is presented to underwriting correctly and in compliance with Federal and State requirements.
- It allows us to stay consistent with closing timelines even when our volume increases. A contract processing company can add additional processors for us when needed.
- It enables us to be more efficient. Efficiency helps keep your overall costs down.
- Due to our office volume, we have negotiated to have processors working directly out of our office. This again helps with efficiency and communication to provide the best service to our clients.
As our client, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience while we are assisting with your mortgage transaction. With that said, you have a choice for the processing of your loan.
